What is the reason why we can't do this?  If were are honoring contracts and not charging above the allowed amount what difference does it make?

My understanding about this is that while some states will allow multiple fee schedules, and some doctors do use them, it is simply not practical. Check your state laws, see if it is even allowed...

While in some states it may not be a violation of Insurance Laws, it might be unethical and a possible violation of prohibited practices laws or patient rights laws.  This question has been asked many...
